Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Simply email us at info@healinggreenfarms.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll get a replacement on its way.

Wrong Delivery Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address on your order confirmation, please email us right away.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet: We’ll update it at no charge.
  • If your order has already shipped: We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Satisfaction Guarantee – 30 Days

We want you to love your purchase — even if you’ve opened or used it. If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

  2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within a few business days.
