Janie Dickens

our CEO and do-er of all the things

Janie’s background is in education and consulting for children with special needs. Janie was introduced to CBD products years ago while searching for an alternative to prescription medication for her young daughter’s anxiety. In her work with special needs children, she has seen the potential of the product for helping in a variety of contexts. Because she has always felt a strong connection to her farming roots, becoming a hemp grower as part of the North Carolina Hemp Pilot program on her family farm (she’s a third generation owner) was the perfect synthesis of all that’s she’s interested in, both personally and professionally.

Janie handles all aspects of our small-batch production from formulating products to labeling bottles. Creating the highest quality products for clients, family and friends, is truly a labor of love.

Danielle Rodriquez

Homeopath and Herbalist

Danielle Rodriguez’s journey into holistic medicine and healing began as a child being raised off the land on her parents’ farm. She was taught at an early age that “organic” is a way of life–not just a hype word. After a tragic accident in 2006, she made the conscious choice to change her professional direction and decided to help others bring a more holistic approach to their daily life. A lifelong learner, after years of study, Danielle has added many certifications and qualifications to her resume, including Reiki Master, Archangelic Light Master, Holistic Crystal Healer, Yoga Instructor, 3 certifications in herbalism and a PHD in Holistic Medicine. We are thrilled to offer her specifically formulated herbal blends that are designed with the intention of augmenting the effectiveness of our organic CBD oil. These blends have been created with you in mind. . .along with an intention to bring whole body health and healing to everyone.

Amanda Faircloth

our resident farm genius and "get it done gal!"

Amanda Faircloth is a rare gem. Honestly we don’t even think she’s from this dimension. She is equal parts amazing mom and bada$$ farm boss! Like so many of our friends and helpers, Amanda’s origin story with Healing Green Farms is quite epic. It all started in Spring ’21 when Janie posted on social media for someone. . .anyone. . .who was immune to poison ivy that might want to tackle a special project. Amanda replied that she would love to dive in, and the rest is history. Her background is about farmlife – taking every ag class in high school, graduating from NC State with an animal science degree, living and working on a 30,000 acre cattle ranch in Nebraska, managing a 2,000 head sow farm (those are pigs for you city folks), and handling every.single.detail of whatever needs to be done at Healing Green Farms! In addition to raising the two amazing humans she brought into the world and enjoying family time, Amanda loves reading, hunting with her hubs and their prized Blue Tick Coon dogs, and traveling. We would be lost without her!

Catherine McPhee

Office and everything else!

Catherine is a farm girl at heart, a beekeeper and an avid gardener. Most days she comes to “work” with her laptop and work gloves ready for yet another thing that was definitely not included in her original job description! Her background in major project management helps her wrangle Janie’s creative ideas and makes them a little more doable, while also keeping the accountant happy with accurate bookkeeping. There’s not much she can’t do!

In her free time, Catherine loves being G-ma to her three perfect grandchildren and spending time with her free-spirited hubby off-shore fishing or riding the Blue Ridge Parkway on their Ryker!
